General Information:
Articles submitted to Arthuriana should present original scholarship likely to be of long-term value. Do not submit work that will soon be published in essentially the same form as part of a book. We require an exclusive right of refusal: you must agree to submit your article exclusively to Arthuriana until an editorial decision is reported to you (usually within three months and sometimes sooner). Written permission to reprint extracts, and/or artwork if necessary, must be sent with your submission, along with a copy of the permissions request. See the Style Guide for more information on requesting permissions.
Arthuriana follows a double-anonymous peer review: the author’s identity is not known to the reader evaluating the article, and the author does not know the identity of the reader. All contributors must be members in good standing of one of the national branches of the International Arthurian Society.
